Information we collect
When you book a fit call or request an assessment, we may collect your name, email, company, website, industry, team size, workflow notes, lead-flow details, tool stack, timing, and budget.
How we use it
- To decide whether an AI assessment is a fit.
- To prepare for fit calls, discovery sessions, and workflow reviews.
- To create assessment reports, recommendations, and proposals.
- To communicate about scheduling, delivery, follow-up, and support.
Confidential client details
Client workflows, customer data, recordings, transcripts, tool access, and operational details are treated as confidential. We ask for the minimum needed to do the work and do not share client-specific details publicly without permission.
AI tools
We may use AI tools to help analyze workflow notes, transcripts, and business-process details. Client information is not used to train public models unless the client explicitly approves that use in writing.
Scheduling and forms
We use a third-party scheduling tool to book calls and collect intake details. What you submit is used only to prepare for and deliver your assessment. You can always reach us at assessments@operispoint.com.
Retention and requests
We keep assessment and client information only as long as it is useful for delivery, support, recordkeeping, or follow-up. You can ask for a copy, an update, or deletion by emailing assessments@operispoint.com.
